First aroma is nutty, spicy, herbal and a hint of marzipan, yellow fruit, apricot skin, Williams-Christ pear, a little cold smoke, also some saffron and tangerine peel. On the palate the typical signature of the winery, full-bodied, deep and balanced, without effects or provocation. The acidity is quite vivid and provides freshness and length, while the volcanic minerality adds profile. Youthful and with good prospects.
