Unser Rosé ist ein Cuvée aus Rondo, Regent, Sankt Laurent, Domina, Portugieser und Spätburgunder. Er zeigt einen mineralischen, feinen Duft – klar und trocken, mit deutlichem Terroir. Aromen von Flinte, Orangenbitter, einer Spur Lakritz und ein Hauch von Veilchen machen ihn besonders. Der steinige Charakter ist die Antithese zum klassischen fruchtigen Rosé und passt hervorragend zu Grillgerichten. Mit null Gramm Restzucker bietet er einen puren, trockenen Genuss. Im Holzfass 15 Monate ausgebaut, erhält er zusätzliche Komplexität und Struktur.
