Pale golden yellow colour. Herbal, vegetal, followed by aromas of lemon balm, wet stone, ripe yellow peach and salty hazelnut. Attractively juicy on the palate, then young apricot, star fruit and minerality. Good acidity and fine phenolics lead to a significant finish.
