Delicate dusky pink, changing to copper-coloured. Aromas of freshly grated apple and ripe pear, hints of cherry and red grapefruit. On the palate, a nice grip, lively acidity, red fruit, hints of hibiscus and apple, good drinking flow. A versatile food wine.
More about the tastingGreat old rose gold colour thanks to the skin contact, rather poorly scented on the nose. Great fullness on the palate: smoke, red berries, hay, extremely creamy mouthfeel, dense and plump, some incense. A very elegant and animating accompaniment to food.
