Tasting Notes
Planted in 1966, fermented in an old 900-liter barrel and a new Francois Frères 400-liter barrel. Blueberries, a hint of Ruländer, and some subtle woody notes. The taut palate is very mineral - almost electrifying. Very long, with yeasty and berry notes at the end.
