The white wine »Quarzit« Bingen Silvaner trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Riffel has been rated in 2016 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Piquant spice on the nose, red pepper, apricot kernel, kaffir lime, emphatically creamy on the palate with mild acidity and light sweetness, seamlessly round, with a minerality ensnared by s'Schmelz, original Silvaner on the sweeter side of the dry spectrum.
