The pét nat »Pet Nat« trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Riffel has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Blanc, Scheurebe from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Beautiful lemon yellow colour in the glass. An aroma of flowers and yeast, cool, a little iodine. Elegant mousse on the palate, appetising astringency, dry and juicy, fine fruity notes of white flowers such as elderberry and lilac. Finely balanced aperitif.
