Ripe fruit on the nose: honeydew melon, mango, pear, with yellow curry powder, saffron, turmeric, rock dust and lemon balm. Opulent on the palate, yet with plenty of savouriness and tension and fresh acidity. It is salty, pleasantly peppery, with juicy fruit and fine phenolics. Dense and with good structure, it is long on the palate. Has gastronomic versatility.
