Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe citrus fruits characterise the aroma: tangerine, orange zest, some papaya, a hint of nutmeg savouriness. Restrained acidity on the palate, the delicate sweetness is well integrated, ripe citrus fruit, also some elderberry, as the name says: against the summer thirst.
