Tasting from 30.05.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Powerful nose dominated by ripe raspberries, accompanied by rosehip, wood and roasted aromas, not particularly multi-faceted. Sweetish entry on the palate, lots of power and volume, quite ripe and lush, the present tannins lead into the finish with a ripe acidity structure. Solid craftsmanship that knows how to please.
