Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe fruit on the nose – pineapple, passion fruit and gooseberry – also roasted aromas and some juniper berry. Full-bodied on the palate, with ripe acidity and plenty of substance. This is a wine that reflects the warm vintage without losing its measure and form. A generous and natural Sauvignon with savouriness and character.
