Tasting from 30.05.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Fine spicy aromas on the nose, wood spice, blood orange, blueberry, sweet cherry, herbs and some beetroot and violet. Flush on the palate with clearly defined tannins, a ripe and appealing acidity and a well-proportioned body. Shows density and elegance, the finish is accompanied by spicy accents. An ambitious Burgundy from the southern tip of Baden.
