Sweet cherry and savoury wood, Burgundian in appearance. Very fine tannins, juicy and elegantly presented, accompanied by lime and minerals, carried by a fine acid nerve. A carefully extracted Spätburgunder that focuses entirely on elegance - delicate but long.
