Finely nuanced nose, fresh lemon, yellow apple, pear pulp, cardamom, dried mint, some hay. On the palate it shows with pull and tension, tightly interwoven with soft, relaxed parts, creamy, juicy base, vivid, animating acidity, dense extract, mineral-salty flanked.
