The white wine »Cuvée vier³ FundamenT« trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Rüdlin has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Souvignier Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
Ripe colour. And an already quite open aroma: gooseberry, pink grapefruit, tangerine and a slightly savoury undertone reminiscent of mushrooms. The palate has a lot of texture, a supporting acidity and quite well extracted phenolics. A good, serious palate structure.
