The white wine »RéservE« Chasselas trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Rüdlin has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chasselas from the region Baden in Germany.
Open and ripe on the nose: papaya, Cape gooseberry, some wood, a hint of asparagus, buttery notes. The palate is convincing with its texture, fullness and fruitiness, a fine phenolic bitterness balances this quite voluminous structure, the acidity is seamlessly fused with the body.
