The white wine »Cuvée Blanc« trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Ruppert-Deginther has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Some yeast in the aroma, fine savouriness with undertones of aniseed, elderflower and caraway. A hint of wood? Silky, dense on the palate, natural balance, seamlessly integrated acidity, a very well-composed cuvée, a wine that can be used with gastronomic delights thanks to its discreet style.
