The red wine »Wild« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Ruppert-Deginther has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Dornfelder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Elderberry and sloe with savoury oak, plus cassis, dark pipe tobacco, some cedar and cinnamon. Elegant on the palate with solid power and substance, juicy, fine savouriness and black pepper, the fine-grained tannins are carefully extracted.
