The white wine »Burgunder Trilogie« Hessloch trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Ruppert-Deginther has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
On the nose, a combination of floral notes on the one hand, with some yellow stone fruit and brown sugar on the other. Medium-bodied despite the low alcohol content, very smooth on the palate with a fine woody touch. The spiciness and density suggests it would make a good food wine.
