Intense yellow. Fresh, complex bouquet, still influenced by yeast, again with fine, clayey slate spice and pleasant spontaneous fermentation aromas, very fine and ripe, a great nose. Delicately structured, salty palate with some body and a lot of pressure, almost massive on the finish, in any case intense and capable of development. Puristic.
