The red wine Grande Cuvée, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Salzl – Seewinkelhof has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Dark berry confit with some orange zest, delicate tobacco notes, a hint of heart cherry notes. Juicy, medium complexity, fine tannins, mineral, wild berries on the finish, noble wood spice in the aftertaste, already easy to drink, inviting food companion.
