The red wine 3-5-8 Premium, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Salzl – Seewinkelhof has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Intense fine oak, nougat, candied orange zest, dark berry confit, and some cardamom. Juicy, complex, chocolaty touch, integrated tannins, a hint of fine blackberry, mineral and persistent. It has good ageing potential.
