Tasting Notes
Bright greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. Lovely fine oaky spice aromas, with some ripe yellow fruit nuances, a hint of pear and mango, and discreet blossom honey, it is an inviting bouquet. On the palate it is powerful and juicy, with a creamy texture, some nice minerality, a subtle sweet fruit flavour on the finish, and some saltiness on the back palate. It is a substantial food wine.
