The rosé »Saignée« Laubenheim Rosé trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Sascha Montigny has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, St. Laurent, Frühburgunder, Merlot from the region Nahe in Germany.
Pastel colours. Very clear and precise on the nose: grape sugar, plum, some herbs and small red berries. Round and slightly oily on the palate, full-bodied but without botrytis, ripe acidity, pure and slightly sweet berry fruit, powerful finish.
