Light yellow gold in colour with silver reflections. Delicate notes of meadow herbs and vanilla, yellow apple, fresh pears and a hint of orange zest on the nose. The palate is juicy with a touch of wood spice and white pome fruit, allied to fresh structure. Vanilla and caramel shows on the finish, with a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste. Versatile and well developed.
