The sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Scherner-Kleinhanß has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
This has a floral aroma, and still has an almost primary fruitiness. On the nose there is some yeast, liquorice, and a hint of oak. It is smooth, with an almost creamy attack, a fine comparatively restrained mousse, and a ripe well-integrated acidity. It is a completely round, harmonious and nuanced sparkling wine, but it is also still very young.
