Tasting Notes
Salmon pink in colour. Initially the wine is almost odourless, but the first red berry notes and hints of mallow and rosehip appear on contact with the air. The fruit is there, but still very closed at the time of tasting. On the palate the wine has a beautiful acidity and a lean, juicy style. However, it also has a relatively rich fruit.
