Tasting Notes
A Pinot Noir that is still very young. It begins with aromas of dark chocolate and butter, followed by typical Pinot cherry, dark berries, herbs and caramel (from the wood). Grainy tannins appear on the palate, but they are smoothly integrated, accompanied by juicy fruit and surrounded by fresh acidity. Great potential!
