Tasting Notes
Medium salmon pink, orange reflections. On the nose, a fresh herbal savouriness, hints of currants and cassis, delicate notes of pome fruit and grapefruit zest. Taut and tightly meshed, with notes of red fruit, well-integrated acidity and a hint of fruit expression on the finish. A silky, fruit-driven rosé from Wildbacher, that is not a typical Schilcher.
