Gut balancierte Assemblage aus Diolinoir, Garanoir und Pinot noir mit Ausbau im französischen Barrique. Aromatisch, vielschichtig, gerbstoffbetont und dicht. Es passt gut zu kräftigen Speisen und Fleisch vom Grill. Durch den langsamen Ausbau auf dem Holz mit langem Hefekontakt ist ein Rotwein entstanden mit einem hohen Lagerpotential von über 30 Jahren.

Noble bouquet with notes of red currant, raspberry and cherry. Also cinnamon, cloves and floral notes. Comparatively delicate on the palate, fruity, ripe acidity, slightly noticeable tannin. Long finish.
