Assemblage aus Pinot noir, Garanoir, Diolinoir, Gamaret und Merlot. Aromatischer, tanninbetonter Assemblagewein, kräftige dunkelrote Färbung, intensives Volumen, im Barrique ausgebaut. Die Traubenmoste werden zuerst sortenspezifisch separat im grossen Eichenfass während 12 Monaten ausgebaut. Danach werden diese als Jungweine im optimalen Verhältnis im Barrique zusammengeführt und reifen dann während 18 Monaten zum reifen, vollmundigen Cuvée noire heran. Gut lagerfähig - durch die Lagerung gewinnt der Wein zusätzlich an Intensität

Dark ruby. Intense on the nose, black cherry, plum, peppery spice, some cinnamon and liquorice. Elegant on the palate with intense fruit notes, cherry, fresh plum and some liquorice. Ripe, noticeable tannins, juicy acidity. Lingers for a long time with fresh fruit notes. Finishes juicy.
