Deep golden yellow colour, brassy reflections. Blossom honey underlaid with fine herbal savouriness and candied orange peel, fully ripe stone fruit, delicate nougat, very multi-faceted. Dark spiciness, still a little baby fat, nuances of banana and honey, racy acid structure, smoky components, still a little impetuous, still needs a few years to fully reveal itself, and has potential for several decades.
