Strong golden yellow colour, watery rim. Intense stone fruit aromas, yellow peach, dried plum notes background with fresh lime zest, fine herbal savouriness, almost ethereal nuances. Taut, enormously mineral and salty, fine orange notes, fresh structure, racy, almost steely, dark chocolate in the background, tangerine zest in the aftertaste, certain ageing potential, should be allowed to grow-up a little more.
