Spontaneous nose with herbs, some yeast, fresh sage leaf, basil, mirabelle plum, white peach, gooseberry. The perfectly placed and timed acidity shows a lot of Riesling character, slightly salty, the subtle fruit sweetness ensures smooth nuances in the structure.
