Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Medium ruby with a brighter rim. Herbaceous and savoury on the nose, with tree bark and cigar box. The dark fruit keeps a low profile: blackberry, sloe, black cherry. On the palate it shows fruit-driven with fine savouriness and polished tannins; the sturdy acidity provides support. Medium complexity and density.
