Tasting Notes
Deep carmine garnet colour, firm core, delicate ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Fine herbal savouriness, a hint of roasted flavours and nougat, with ripe cherry fruit in the background, delicate hints of plum, mineral touch. Juicy, elegant, red berry touch, freshly structured, perfectly integrated tannins, almost Burgundian texture, appears light-footed and fresh, lemony-salty finish, a lively food companion, fine extract sweetness in the aftertaste, certainly further ageing potential.
