Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, delicate ochre reflections, medium-light rim. Black berry confit with floral nuances in the background, a hint of nougat and caramel, ripe cherry in the background. Juicy, very elegant, pronounced in fruit texture, fresh structure, again reminiscent of heart cherry, lingers very well, has now reached a drinking climax, multi-layered finish, mineral aftertaste, very good further development and certain ageing potential.
