Dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Fine precious wood nuances, black berry fruit, a touch of herbal savouriness and a floral note all mingle on the nose, which has some mineral highlights too. The palate is juicy, with sweet extract supported by ripe tannins. Spiced cloves and nougat show on the aftertaste of this elegant food companion, which has certain ageing potential.
