Slightly oxidative on the nose, with yeast, ginger and caraway, apricot and pastry, apple and pink ginger. It's initially relaxed on the palate but slowly builds drive with a fine juicy core with beautiful savouriness and phenolic underpinning. Youthful, mineral and peppery.
