Peach and balsamic-mineral notes to the nose, as well as warm sandstone. In the mouth it's like velvet and silk - finely textured, with stable acidity, fine phenolics and a robust mineral core, but everything as if wrapped in absorbent cotton. Texture and fullness at once, with great balance.
