The white wine »Linse« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Seckinger has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
A bouquet of white flowers, herbs, orange blossom and mandarin zest. Reminiscent of ethereal sage. Extract-rich phenolic flavours on the palate underpinned by cleanly integrated acidity. Meltingly enveloping, accompanied by delicate minerality. A dense, juicy accompaniment to smoked trout.
