The red wine Scheinheilig Südtirol Kalterersee DOC, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Seeperle has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Vernatsch from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Light purple, ruby reflections. Delicately fragrant on the nose, with notes of violets and sour cherry, a touch of bitter almond on the finish. Very fruit forward on the palate, with gentle grip and crisp acidity, for a pleasant drinking flow through to the finish.
