Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Bright and young in colour. Fine floral notes emerge from the glass, also some vanilla - but more due to the variety than the wood. Macadamia nut. On the palate, the wine exerts quite a bit of drive, the comparatively vivid sweetness is countered by acidity, a slightly phenolic tartness and a distinctive corner of typical varietal bitterness. The porphr of the site is also noticeable.
