Yeasty and buttery aromas dominate the aroma, including a hint of brioche. The hearty palate offers refreshment, and with substance: ripe acidity, Burgunder berry notes and a dynamic mousse intertwines. Residual sugar would only get in the way. A sparkling wine with an idea!
