Strong yellow hues, visibly unfiltered. Intense natural wine aroma, cider and cider apple peel notes witha whiff of straw. A similar intensity on the palate with ripe and apricot fruit core, perfectly dry with a savoury acidity. Phenolic, spicy, bold.
