Subtle wood, tangerine, red apple, initial ripeness on the nose. Peppery tones. Almost Burgundy-like structure on the palate, full-bodied, broad, ripe (but long-lasting) acidity, slightly caramelised finish. Good with food, e.g. Coq au Riesling.
