Tasting Notes
Closed on the nose, very silky in the mouth, but dense, vivid, initially fine and then somewhat angularly increasing acidity, yet a very round structure, still yeasty on the finish.
More about the tastingRed apple, yellow peach, but also pepper and slightly balsamic notes. A dense texture on the palate, smoothly grounded, well-integrated acidity, homogeneous and long in the extract effect. Needs bottle ageing, will blossom into full flavour.
