Light green yellow, silver reflections. Fresh meadow herbs, a touch of ripe gooseberries, some cassis, fine floral hints, some blossom honey. Juicy, taut texture, fresh white fruit, in a crisp style, a pleasant savouriness on the finish, with a salty aftertaste, a very lively food companion, lime notes in the aftertaste.
