Tasting Notes
Closed: Beet, dark raspberry. Soft and almost viscous base, seamlessly filled with fine-grained tannin, a hint of sweetness, still compact on the palate, slowly increasing acidity on the palate, the tannin filling is plump but not massive, "wild" finish aromas. Exciting wine.
