The sparkling wine »Pinotimes« Pinot Rosé brut, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Stern has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Pale salmon pink in colour, fine mousse. Red-fruity, nutty, ripe herbs on the nose. The combination of the two Pinot grape varieties and the terroir is a delight on the attractively juicy palate with a fresh mousse. The acidity carries the flavour and creates a lively and animated drinking experience.
